We will be happy to arrange a rental car replacement for you or you can arrange it on your own. We use Enterprise or Hertz for rental replacement.

For your convenience, both rental agencies will meet you at Johnson Auto Body by appointment at the beginning of the repair process. As an added bonus both agencies will pick up the rental car at Johnson Auto Body when the repairs are complete. We will notify your rental car company when you drop it off so they will stop the billing. Both agencies will pick up their rental cars at Johnson Auto Body at their earliest convenience.

Johnson Auto Body, Inc. warrantees the quality of workmanship for your vehicle for as long as it remains in the present ownership and applies to the repairs that were agreed upon by the vehicle owner and Johnson Auto Body. This warranty does not cover altered repairs, rust repairs or previous repairs that were performed by another repairer. Parts have their own manufacturer's warrantees. This warranty applies if the defects occurred under normal storage and driving conditions. It does not cover defects caused by accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse.
Johnson Auto Body has the right to inspect and determine if a warranty applies. Rental cars, towing expenses and other incidental costs may be covered only after Johnson Auto Body has been given a fair opportunity to inspect and accept liability for the warranty.
This written warranty shall not apply if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any other person or company not authorized by Johnson Auto Body, Inc prior to our inspection. This warranty is not transferable.
